The latest and largest addition to the KYODAI family, our MOU bag is made from dead-stock luxury Italian leathers (overproduced by the big fashion brands), organic cotton and solid brass hardware. This bag is a true handcrafted beauty, from start to finish our MOU bags are made in our South London studio on a made to order or in small runs. She is supple, slouchy and squishy and incredibly comfortable to wear.

The patchwork isn’t just a super cute design but its a very practical one too. It means we can make larger products with an incredibly small amount of waste!!

Our MOU Bags are a wardrobe staple, available in 6 colour-ways and can be worn both on the shoulder or across the body.

The beautiful organic cotton interior is very roomy. Even allowing for an A4 notebook or a small macbook when the strap is worn long. There is also an internal patch pocket to separate your valuables.

The bag is very secure, closed with a YKK brass zipper.

All leather edges of our MOU bag have been hand painted with a water based (NON-PLASTIC) edge coat.

Please note because our components are solid brass, there are no toxic coatings smoothing out the metal so there may be a few tiny defects from time to time. This is also the same for the leather I use, as it’s dead stock the same applies.

This is a conscious choice to make a product that’s as planet friendly as possible from the start.
